These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out how you may use this website and buy products or services provided by TB Autos.

By using this website, joining our email list or booking work with us, you agree to these Terms.

2) Website use

• The information on this website is provided for general guidance only.

• We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

• We may update or remove website content at any time.

3) Booking and communication

• Phone calls first. The quickest way to book or ask questions is to call us.

• Any timescales given are estimates and may change due to workload, parts availability or unexpected faults.

• We may need to inspect or diagnose the vehicle before confirming an exact price.

4) Quotes and pricing

​​

• Quotes may be provided verbally or in writing and are usually based on the information available at the time.

• Some work cannot be accurately priced until diagnosis is completed.

• If we discover additional issues that change the price or scope, we will contact you before proceeding.

5) Authorisation of work

​​

• We will not carry out additional work without your approval.

• Approval may be given by phone, message or email.

• If we cannot contact you, work may be paused until approval is received (unless safety or legal requirements apply).

6) Parts

​​

• Parts may be new, OEM-equivalent or manufacturer-approved alternatives depending on availability and your budget.

• Any parts supplied remain the property of T B Autos until paid for in full.

• Where relevant, warranties on parts are subject to the part manufacturer or supplier terms.

7) Payment

​​

• Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise.

• Card payments are accepted.

• If payment is not made, we may retain the vehicle until outstanding amounts are paid (in line with our legal rights).

8) Vehicle collection and storage

​​

• Please collect your vehicle promptly once work is complete and you’ve been notified.

• If vehicles are left uncollected for an unreasonable period, storage charges may apply and/or further action may be taken in line with legal requirements. We will attempt to contact you before any charges or action.

9) Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and the fault symptoms

• Tell us about any previous work or relevant issues where known

• Ensure valuables are removed from the vehicle before leaving it with us

• Arrange recovery if the vehicle is not safe or legal to drive (we can advise)

10) Quality of service and complaints

We take pride in our work and aim to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.

• If you’re unhappy with any work, contact us as soon as possible so we can inspect the vehicle and put things right where appropriate.

• No refund or remedy can be considered until we have had a reasonable opportunity to assess the issue.

11) Limitation of liability

• Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• We are not responsible for losses that are indirect, consequential or not reasonably foreseeable.

• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (for example supplier delays or severe weather).

12) Third-party services

Some services may be provided by trusted third parties (for example outsourced MOT testing if arranged). In those cases:

• We will explain what is handled by a third party

• Any third-party work may be subject to their own terms and availability

13) Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

14) Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, logos and graphics) belongs to T B Autos or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without written consent.

15) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
